Where we work and how much we get paid:
- Location: Portland & surrounding areas (we go where the work is)
- Pay: $18 - $26.59 (with annual union increases)

What YOU will be doing:
- Directing and controlling traffic safely and effectively
- Keeping job sites safe, organized, and running smoothly
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions (a good rain jacket is a must in the PNW)
- Communicating clearly with your crew and site supervisors
- Gain real, hands-on experience in the growing traffic control industry
What type of individuals we are looking for:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependability - consistent attendance is non-negotiable
- Ability to stand for extended periods in all weather conditions
- Reliable personal transportation
